In these terms, “ecomtoolshed”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of this website, and “you” refers to anyone who accesses it.

2. Acceptable use

You may read, print, and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or harvest the site by automated means in a manner that imposes load beyond normal browsing, or in breach of our robots directives;
  • republish, resell, or redistribute our content in bulk, whether verbatim or lightly rewritten;

They are used for identification, comparison, and commentary only. ecomtoolshed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any vendor or brand named on this site, except where we state otherwise explicitly in writing. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, spam, misleading, or that infringes another person’s rights. Do not post your own or anyone else’s login credentials, API keys, or customer data. We may remove any submission and block any user at our discretion, with or without notice.

We do not endorse user comments and they do not represent our views.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ecomtoolshed and its operator, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, customers, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content — including any software purchase, subscription, migration, or business decision you make based on it — whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ecomtoolshed and its operator from any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

10. Availability and changes to the site

We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the site, including articles and pages, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that any content will remain available. We archive and republish articles at our discretion.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will continue to apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@ecomtoolshed.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, or restricts any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date above, is the current one. Material changes will be made prominent on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site, and supersede any prior understanding on the subject.
